During a driving rainstorm in late June, my husband and I broke down several hours from our home & destination. We called a local GMC dealership, Arnie Bauer in Wilmington, IL, and they recommended Hopkins Towing to us. The flatbed tow truck was there to get us WITHIN 20 MINUTES of calling and the service was fantastic! He was polite, professional, efficient, friendly, and reasonably-priced. Don't let the bad 'E Alex' review fool you - that one is spam, the 5 Star reviews are Fact. And just to prove that this is a REAL review, I've attached a photo I took of my husband settling up with the owner (faces blurred for privacy) because I fully intended to leave a great review for the exceptional service that we were given.
